How I Make Organic Facewash At Home

How I Make Organic And Sustainable Facewash Powder At Home
Email :139

I’m a woman who loves to explore natural alternatives to commercial products especially for beauty. I disagree with the statement that marketed beauty products are better for your skin.
Since I love self-care, skin care is one of the parts of my daily routine, and for that, I do not consider commercial products a good choice. Therefore, I researched a lot to find a natural face wash, but I found nothing. That was the point when I decided to make my own face wash powder. It’s been almost two years since I’ve been using this powder as a face wash. My skin is more balanced and cleaner than before. Moreover, each of the ingredients which are used in this powder is naturally processed and made by me.

To make this face wash, I used Multani mitti as a base. It binds the Ingredients together and cleans the skin deeply. There are lots of brands that sell Multani mitti powder in packets, which I don’t consider organic since some of them don’t smell in that way, and some of them may be adulterated. I purchase large chunks of organic multani mitti from the stores. This is the original one and it doesn’t contain any adulteration in my opinion. I do small pieces of this chunk and then grind them finely in a mixer. My Multani mitti powder is ready.
Another Ingredient is orange peel powder. I make this at home. After eating oranges, the peels are washed and left in a shady area to dry. After a few days, I collect them and grind them finely. The orange peel powder is ready.
The next Ingredient is neem powder that I made after drying neem leaves on my balcony where the sunlight is not direct. After drying I make powder of it.
The next one is rose petal powder, which I also made in the same way. I collect rose flowers from my garden, wash them, and leave them to dry. After getting dry they become crunchy and are ready for grinding.
The last one is organic turmeric, I use a pinch of it.

I mix all of the Ingredients and strain the powder in a strainer. The solid thick particles are separated. If you don’t want to throw it away, you can go one another round for grinding the particles and strain it.
Now, your homemade and sustainable face wash powder is ready.
